To make the most of your surprise menu, we offer a wine/mocktail and food pairing service. The wine/cocktail served with each course of your dinner has been rigorously selected to enhance your dishes and your sensory experience. This wine/mocktail and food pairing consists of 3 glasses [one with the starter, a second with the main course and the last with the dessert]. We wanted to make it accessible to as many people as possible, by serving a quantity of 15 cl/glass, i.e. 45 cl in total (equivalent to 3 glasses in a classic dose), in order to offer a complete sensory experience throughout the dinner.
