We do not reveal the details of what you are served until the very end. This approach allows each guest to focus solely on sensation—taste, texture, temperature, and aroma—without any preconception.

Our sensory tasting menus are available by reservation only. Two options are currently offered: 

SENSORY JOURNEY - Three-course menu (starter, main, dessert) with wine or mocktail pairing – $980 +10% service charge 

SENSORY AWAKENING - Three-course menu without pairing – $750 +10% service charge 

All experiences are hosted in total darkness. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advance notice, and the menu changes seasonally to reflect the freshest produce and beverage creations available. 

We are located inside Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport, with direct access via the hotel lobby. Group bookings, corporate events and private experiences may be arranged upon request.
